1. Eligibility

Participation is free and no purchase is required.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Participants must reside in the Netherlands.
The Dog Walk and Pet Care Visit prizes are only available in Eindhoven and surrounding areas within Luna Tailored Pet Care's regular service area.
Each person may enter once, across Instagram and Facebook combined.

2. How to Enter

To participate, entrants are invited to:

Follow Luna Tailored Pet Care on Instagram or Facebook.
Like the original giveaway post.
Comment with their pet's name and ONE of the following emojis to select their preferred prize:

🐕 Dog Walk
🐈 Pet Care Visit
🎁 Pet Surprise Package

Each participant may select only one prize category. Multiple comments or entries across platforms do not increase the chance of winning.

3. Prizes

Prize 1 — Individual Dog Walk

One individual dog walk of approximately 45 to 60 minutes, including a photo update. Regular service value: €20.

Prize 2 — Pet Care Visit

One pet care visit at the winner's home, lasting up to 60 minutes. Regular service value: €17.50.

Prize 3 — Pet Surprise Package

One small surprise package suitable for a dog or cat, with an approximate retail value of €10–€15.

Each prize category has one winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

4. Service Conditions and Travel Costs

The Dog Walk and Pet Care Visit are provided free of charge, excluding any applicable travel costs.

Luna Tailored Pet Care's regular travel fee policy applies, and any travel charges will be communicated before the appointment is confirmed.

Appointments are subject to availability, a suitable Meet & Greet, and the regular service terms and conditions. Luna Tailored Pet Care reserves the right to decline or adjust an appointment where it cannot be carried out safely or responsibly.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries in each prize category.

The winners will be contacted through the platform on which they entered. Winners must respond within seven calendar days. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, a replacement winner may be drawn.

Winners' usernames will only be published with their permission.

6. Prize Redemption

Service prizes must be redeemed within three months of the winner announcement, subject to availability and agreement on an appointment.

The surprise package will be arranged with its winner. Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed directly.

7. Personal Data

Personal data collected for this giveaway will be used only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prizes.

Only the information necessary for these purposes will be requested. Giveaway data will not be used for marketing without separate consent and will be deleted when no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
